These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IntellIQ (the "Service"), operated by OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Octodo", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://intelliqlabs.com.
By creating an account or using IntellIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
IntellIQ is an all-in-one business management platform with a private AI assistant. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan.
2. Accounts
To use IntellIQ, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that happens under your account
- Ensuring your team members use the Service in line with these Terms
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business to enter into these Terms.
3. Free trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
4. Plans, billing, and taxes
If you continue after the trial, you will be charged according to your selected plan. Billing is handled by OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay, our payment processor. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be added as required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Use of the Service, including AI processing, is subject to fair use limits. We may throttle, limit, or temporarily suspend accounts whose usage is excessive or abusive and materially impacts platform performance or costs for others.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Because we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, we encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during the trial before subscribing.
6. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the data and content you enter into IntellIQ. You grant us a limited right to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data you put into the Service, and that your use complies with applicable laws.
While we take reasonable measures to secure and protect your data, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business information.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission
- Upload malicious code or content that violates the rights of others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. AI assistant
IntellIQ's AI assistant operates only on your own organization's data and provides read-only insights and aggregates. Your data is processed solely to serve your workspace and is never mixed with or shared across other organizations.
To deliver AI features, we use enterprise-grade third-party AI providers that are bound by zero-data-retention agreements. Data sent to these providers for processing is not retained by them and is not used to train their models.
While we work to make the AI accurate and helpful, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions.
9. Service availability
We work to keep IntellIQ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service from time to time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors or harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of data uploaded to the Service.
13. Marketing and publicity
You grant OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. the right to use your company name and logo to identify you as a customer on our website and in marketing materials. You may opt out of this use at any time by emailing intelliqteam@octodosolutions.com.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
