IntellIQ is a product of OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India. All billing, communication, and data handling for IntellIQ is carried out by OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

2. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and login credentials.
Business data you enter. IntellIQ is a business management platform, so you and your team enter operational data into the Service — such as records, sheets, contacts, inventory, projects, and related information. This data belongs to you.
Billing information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Razorpay, our payment processor. Razorpay collects and handles your payment card or bank details according to its own privacy practices. We receive limited billing information from Razorpay (such as transaction status and the last four digits of your card) to manage your subscription. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Usage information. We collect basic technical information such as log data, device and browser type, IP address, and how you interact with the Service, to keep it secure and improve it.
3. How your AI assistant uses your data
IntellIQ includes a private AI assistant. We want to be clear about how it works:
- The AI operates only on your own organization's data inside your workspace. Your data is never mixed with, shared with, or used to train models for any other organization.
- To deliver AI features, we rely on enterprise-grade third-party AI providers that are bound by zero-data-retention agreements. Customer data sent to these providers for processing is not retained by them and is not used to train their models.
- The AI returns read-only aggregates (counts, sums, summaries, charts) and does not make autonomous changes to your data.
- Every AI query is logged in your audit trail, with permissions enforced at query time.
Your business data stays yours.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Respond to your requests and provide support
- Send important service-related communications
- Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse
- Improve and develop new features
We do not sell your personal information or business data to third parties.
5. How we share information
We only share information in limited cases:
- Service providers who help us operate IntellIQ (such as hosting, payment processing through Razorpay, and AI infrastructure), under appropriate confidentiality obligations
- Legal requirements, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
- Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and row- and column-level permissions enforced within the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data remains recoverable for a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation. During this period you may contact us to request recovery. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems, except where we are required by law to retain it for a longer period. You may also request earlier deletion by contacting us at any time.

9. International users
IntellIQ is operated from India. If you access the Service from outside India, your information may be processed in India and other locations where we or our providers operate.
