This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to IntellIQ (the "Service"), operated by OctoDo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Octodo", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://intelliqlabs.com.
1. Free trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can use IntellIQ fully during this period to decide whether it's right for your business. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
We strongly encourage you to evaluate IntellIQ during the free trial, since it gives you a complete, no-risk way to experience the Service before paying.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings.
- When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period.
- After that period ends, your account will move to a free or limited state, or be closed, depending on your plan.
There are no cancellation fees.
3. Refunds
Payments made for IntellIQ subscriptions are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
All subscription payments are processed through Razorpay, our payment processor. Refunds, where applicable by law, are issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
This means:
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades.
- Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
Because we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, you have a full opportunity to evaluate the Service before any payment is made.
4. Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing mistake on our side), contact us within a reasonable time and we will review and correct genuine billing errors.
5. Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which are added as required by law. Taxes are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
